< Sleep Awake >
Which is real?
Maybe you feel,
awake when you sleep?
Maybe you sleep,
when you are awake?
Which is real?
The sleeping you,
or the waking you?
And how, do you,
know?

This is fantastic Andy! The questions piling up into doubt and then the real clincher at the end–just perfect. It’s got me wondering now. What if this is the dream…?

Simple yet beautiful, I am probably the sleeping when awake( more literally though) The image matches it perfectly! Sea does both .

The simplicity of this poem is deceiving! I feel how much you worked on this. Only a true poet can write with such depth.

Indeed, sometimes I am neither sleeping nor awake. Can I call it half asleep, half awake? Lovely poem Andy. Thank you.
