This week’s prompt is REFLECTIONS.
What do you see?
What do you see, when you look
in the mirror,
or
in the water?
What do you see?
What do you see, when you look
back,
and think?
What do you see?
What do you see, when you look
me,
in the eye?
What do you see?
My starter for ten, entitled REFLECTIONS was inspired by yes, you guessed it, a moment of reflection.
What will your take on the keyword REFLECTIONS be?
Blog about it in a poetry post and share your link in the comments section of this post and by clicking on the Poetry 101 Badge above.
The Poetry 101 Rehab was created by Mara Eastern.
Andy, your photo makes me sigh–so lovely! And I love the prompt “reflections” (what am I saying, I love ALL your prompts)–and your poetry is always great too. Am I an “Andy fan”? Yes Sir, seems I must be… 🙂

I forgot to ask if we may use your photos, such as the one above–with proper credit/link, etc?

Thanks Andy…love the prompt but will be pulling out an old one for this week. Have been absent for a short while. I find trying to post from my dodgy internet connection in China far too frustrating (that an too much work crowding my mind) 🙂 I think this one sits well with your prompt though – a reflection in the pond, in the mirror, on life and the ripple effect of all we say and do http://wp.me/p3EbHY-30

“An Andy fan?!” Whatever happened to the fan club Lucile said she was going to start for you? 😀

I really don’t know what to say, except there are some very generous people out there, including you Lois…

Not a poem, but anything with reflections could be poetic?

A very moving contribution, and all reflections are permissible here…

Great poem – I love the curiosity of seeing and being seen.
I love this prompt, it’s something that’s been wandering my mind for a comfy place to settle in – pulled together a notably shorter-than-usual poem from it. Here’s my reflective thoughts: https://tuckedintoacorner.wordpress.com/2015/09/22/poetry-101-rehab-reflection/

I enjoyed your poem, Andy. Also questions about where we look and what we see. 😀
