in rubbish bins
we hide our sins
press down the lid
keep it well hid
oh, what would they say
those silent bins
if they could speak
of
our
sins
(for mara’s poetry 101 rehab – rubbish)

Hid, this is hilarious, whether it was the intended effect or not 🙂 Reads a little like a limerick and the accompanying photo is cool in its unpretentious rawness!

Maybe they would yell at us all that everyone has their faults and secrets. That we are not any better than others. And that others are not any better than us.
And maybe your poem is great and I love it – no… not maybe… I know I do love it 😉
